Programs

1. Criteria for Local and Statewide Work—GLAD International is dedicated to extending services to local and statewide underserved communities as a first priority through the different programs. The target communities will be identified through need-based surveys and data collection in conjunction with the priorities of the local and state governments. Preference will be given to those communities and individuals deprived of fundamental rights and needs. 

2. Criteria for Working in Developing Countries – GLAD International intends to work with partner non-profit organizations in developing countries, particularly in Asia (Southeast Asia [Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam], and South Asia [India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and Pakistan), and the U.S. Territories [Guam, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands].
